Exhibitor questions

To participate in bauma CONEXPO INDIA, you must complete and sign the application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal.

The application forms are available here.

When you submit your application, it only includes stand space at bauma CONEXPO INDIA. That automatically includes the entry in the exhibitor directory (online directory), a basic entry in the show catalog, as well a contingent of exhibitor passes, depending on your stand size. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application with a down payment invoice by mail. The down payment invoice amounts to 40 percent of the participation fee and is to be paid upon receipt. You will receive a separate admission invoice for the balance, which must be paid immediately after you receive your stand proposal. Invoiced amounts on all invoices that are connected to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.

Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (lessee of space from organizers) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form here. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee for each co-exhibitor admitted is listed on the respective co-exhibitor application form. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee. Additionally represented companies are not allowed at the booth.

A list of additional services is available here.

We can help you with an invitation letter to explain the reason for the visit. You can register yourself and your employees for an invitation letter, which will then be sent to you as a PDF file.
